Some offices do not require reservation, while others require advance booking.

Seats are available without a reservation. Feel free to use any open seat.
To check availability before visiting, refer to the room congestion status on the Office Information page.

As a group of two, is it necessary for both of us to have our membership cards validated?
Yes. Each person must scan their own membership cards to enter and leave.
Entering or leaving together using another member's verification, or sharing a single membership card among multiple users, is strictly prohibited.

I forgot to authenticate my membership card when entering the office.
If your entry is not properly authenticated, usage fees will be calculated from the office's opening time.

There are lost and found boxes in each office, so please check those as well.
Partner Office / Partner Hotel
Please contact the facility you used directly.

Please contact the management office of the facility where the booth is located directly.
I'd like to use a reservation-based facility, but I'm not sure how to make a reservation.
You can reserve facilities from the reservation buttons available on My Page (マイページ).
Alternatively, you can go directly to the reservation page for a specific office by clicking the reservation button on the Office Information page.
My Page Login ID
This is the email address you registered at the time of sign-up.
If you have forgotten your login ID, contact your company's administrator, who will get in touch with the NewWork administration office on your behalf.
Password
This is the password you set during registration (minimum 6 characters).
If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot your password? (パスワードを忘れた方はこちら)" on the login screen to reset it.
Reservation Time Units
Reservations can be made in 15, 30, 45, 60, 90, or 120-minute increments.
If you wish to reserve more than 120 minutes, please make additional reservations for the extended time.
Important Notes
If you reserve a 90-minute slot, for example, you cannot cancel just a portion of that time (e.g., only 30 minutes).
Cancellations can only be made by time unit based on your reserved time slot. Please choose your reservation duration carefully.
The number of available meeting rooms is limited. Please reserve only what you need.
I've made a reservation for a reservation-based facility. Can I modify or cancel my reservation details?
You cannot modify an existing reservation once it is confirmed. If changes are necessary, please cancel your current reservation and make a new one.
To cancel a reservation you no longer need, go to Reservation List (予約一覧) on My Page (マイページ), select Reservation Details (予約詳細), and proceed with cancelation.
Please note that if the cancellation deadline has passed, you will be charged even if the facility is not used.

Usage fees for facilities and meeting rooms are billed collectively by invoice to each company. On-the-spot payments are not accepted.

General: About membership card
How can I obtain a QR code?
Once you complete registration on My Page (マイページ), a QR code will be issued.
To use it for entering and leaving, log in to My Page and select Display QR Code (QRコード表示).
For NewWork Offices / Partner Offices / Partner Hotels
Please use the QR code under the NewWork tab.
For ZXY booths
Please use the QR code under the ZXY tab.
I want to display my QR code, but I forgot my My Page (マイページ) login credentials.
Please enter the following information on the My Page (マイページ) login screen:
Login ID
This is the email address you registered at the time of sign-up.
If you have forgotten your login ID, contact your company's administrator, who will get in touch with the NewWork administration office on your behalf.
Password
This is the password you set during registration (minimum 6 characters).
If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot your password? (パスワードを忘れた方はこちら)" on the login screen to reset it.
Am I allowed to duplicate the QR code by printing or taking a screenshot?
No, it is strictly prohibited to duplicate the QR code by printing or taking a screen shot.
We cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise from the use of a QR code that was printed, duplicated by screenshot, or obtained through any other means.
Can I use the QR code to enter the office and the NewWork card (employee ID card) to leave the office?
Yes, you can.
I lost my NewWork card.
Please promptly contact your company's administrator.
The administrator will need to submit a lost item report via the administrator portal, kintone.

Do you have a reception desk? Are there any staff members at the office?
No, our NewWork offices operate without staff members.
Please hold your membership card over the card reader or QR code reader installed near the entrance when entering or leaving.
For inquiries regarding facility use, please contact the NewWork office via
the Inquiry Form.
At a NewWork Office, I cannot enter because of an error caused when I hold my membership card over the reader.

What time of day is the most crowded?
It depends on the day of the week and the office, but NewWork offices are usually busy in the morning and evening.
You can check the room congestion status at our NewWork offices from the "Office Information" page.
Can I reserve a seat?
Open seats (counter type) and booth seats (semi-private type) are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved.
Can I make phone calls or join web meetings at my seat?
Phone calls and web meetings are not allowed in open or booth seating areas.
Please use the designated telephone booths for such activities.
If your call or meeting is expected to exceed 15 minutes, we kindly ask that you reserve a meeting room, Private Work Booth, or Private Work Booth Wide in advance.
Can we have a web conference in the telephone booth?
Short meetings are allowed.

Can I use Wi-Fi?
Yes, you can.
The SSID and password can be found on a floor map or a sign placed at each table.
Please note that two SSIDs are available. We kindly ask that you switch between them as needed depending on the connection status.
Are display monitors available?
Yes, there are fixed display monitors in the seats at our NewWork office.
Do you have any equipment available for rent?
A limited number of mobile phone chargers and other equipment are available in the equipment corner near the entrance of the NewWork offices.
Am I allowed to eat and drink in the office?
Yes, but please refrain from eating strong smelling food such as curry and ramen.

Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is not permitted in any of our offices.
Are lockers available?
There are two types of lockers available.
Valuable Lockers
These lockers are available for all users. Please use them when temporarily leaving your seat, such as for a restroom break or meal.
Overnight use is not permitted. Please make sure to take all belongings and return the key before leaving.
Dedicated Lockers for Contract Holders
These monthly lockers are available by separate contract.
If you wish to use one, please contact your company administrator. The administrator will then contact the NewWork office on your behalf.
I can't open my locker. I need to retrieve my belongings. What should I do?
Please contact the NewWork office via
the Inquiry Form. Our staff will assist you on the next business day or later.
If you have lost the key to a valuables locker:
Our staff will unlock it for you.
If you forgot the unlock code for a dedicated locker:
Our staff will reset the code for you.
Is it okay to leave my luggage unattended when leaving my seat?
It is generally acceptable to briefly leave your seat, for example, to use the restroom. However, if you are taking a longer break, such as for lunch, we kindly ask that you take your baggage with you.
Valuables lockers are available at all NewWork Offices for temporary use. Feel free to use them when leaving your seat.
We are not liable for any valuables being stolen.
I feel hot (cold) inside the office.

What should I do if a problem arises happens inside the office?

Students in junior high school and above any also be brought as guests, but only for the use of reserved meeting rooms, and must be accompanied by a NewWork member who is their guardian.

Which offices have meeting rooms or Private Work Booths?
All offices are equipped with either a meeting room or a Private Work Booth (for one person). Some offices also offer Private Work Booth Wide (for up to four people).

What equipment is available in the meeting rooms and the private work booth?

We have more people than originally planned. Are extra chairs available?
While we do not recommend exceeding the room capacity, most meeting rooms are equipped with two spare chairs.

Can I make a phone call or join an online meeting in the private work booth?
Yes, web meetings are allowed. We kindly ask that you use headphones with a microphone during meetings to avoid disturbing others.

If you are able to make an additional reservation on My Page (マイページ) that starts immediately after your current time slot, you may continue using the room without interruption.
If you are unable to make an additional reservation, please vacate the room promptly by the end of your reserved time.
NewWork Office: About MFPs
Are MFPs available at all offices?
MFPs are installed at each office.
However, in buildings with multiple NewWork offices (e.g., NewWork Fujisawa 3F and NewWork Fujisawa 4F), the MFP is available at only one of the offices.
If the office you are using does not have an MFP, we kindly ask that you move to the other floor to use the device.

If anything is unclear, feel free to ask the staff or contact the office directly in advance.

Some partner offices that support meeting room reservations via My Page can be reserved online.

No registration is required.

I've arrived at the booth I reserved, but I'm not sure how to enter.
Navigate to Reservation List (予約一覧) on My Page (マイページ), open the relevant Reservation Details (予約詳細), and scroll down to find the Unlock button (解錠).
Tapping the Unlock button will remotely open the door, allowing you to enter.
There is no check-out process required after use.
