I am using your office for the first time. What do I need to bring?
Please remember to bring one of the following items to use as a valid membership card. Without any of these items, we regret to inform you that you'll be unable to use our service.

I forgot to bring my membership card. Can I still use the service?
Unfortunately, you are unable to use our service in that case.
As a group of two, is it necessary for both of us to have our membership cards validated?
Yes, it is required that each person in the group has a valid membership card. Additionally, all members must authenticate their respective membership cards when entering and leaving the office.
I forgot to authenticate my membership card when entering (or leaving) the room.
If you happen to forget to authenticate your membership card at a NewWork office, please note that you will be charged for the duration from the opening time to the closing time.
If you happen to forget to authenticate your membership card at the reception of a partner hotel or partner office, please note that you will be charged based on the time you leave or enter the office.
If you are unable to log in to My Page on our website or smartphone app, please note that you will not have access to the partner private work booth.

I lost my NewWork card (employee ID card).

NewWork does not provide support for lost and found items.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to assist with lost item searches.

Can I pay the facility fee each time I use the office on-site?
No, we do not accept payment on a pay-per-use basis. Each company will receive a separate invoice for the services provided.
For partner hotels and partner offices, additional charges may apply only for services beyond seating, such as meeting rooms, photocopying, food, and soft drinks. These charges can be settled directly at the respective office location.

How can I obtain a QR code?
Click the "Display QR Code" button located on My Page on our website or smartphone app.
To view the QR code through the smartphone app, tap on the "Enter/Leave" button at the bottom of the top screen.
If you cannot find the "QR Code display" button, please open the MENU located in the upper right corner of My Page and click the "QR Code" button.
Your My Page login session will be maintained for a certain duration. However, if it is canceled, you will be redirected back to the login screen.
Please enter your login ID (email address) and password once more to initiate the login process.
Upon successful login, a QR code will be generated and issued to you.
What is the login ID and password required to access My Page and obtain the QR code?
* Login ID: Email address used for signing up for My Page for the first time
* Password: Password set for signing up for My Page for the first time
If you have forgotten your email address, please contact and ask the person in charge of your company to contact the NewWork management office.
If you have forgotten your password, please click the "Forgot your password?" link on the My Page login screen.
Does the QR code have an expiration date?
No, the QR code does not have an expiration date.
Am I allowed to duplicate the QR code by printing or taking a screenshot?
No, it is strictly prohibited to duplicate the QR code by printing or taking a screen shot.
We cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise from the use of a QR code that was printed, duplicated by screenshot, or obtained through any other means.
My smartphone is not charged, so I cannot generate the QR code. Can I still use your service?
No, you cannot use our service without generating the QR code.
If you have a NewWork card (or an employee ID card), you can use it to enter and leave the office.
Can I use QR codes at offices other than NewWork offices?
Yes, QR codes can be used for partner hotels and partner offices.
When using the partner private work booths, there is no requirement for having a membership card such as a QR code.
Can I use the QR code to enter the office and the NewWork card (employee ID card) to leave the office?
Yes, you can.
About NewWork offices
Do you have a reception desk? Are there any staff members at the office?
No, our NewWork offices operate without staff members.
When entering and leaving the office, please hold your NewWork card (employee ID card) or place the QR code over the reader located next to the entrance.
Kindly note that our staff may visit the office at specific times. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to approach them when they visit your office.
Are seats assigned? Can I reserve a seat?
No, we do not have assigned seating in our NewWork offices. You are free to choose any available seat, except for the meeting room and private work booths. Prior to visiting the office, please check the "Office Information" on our website or smartphone app to check the level of crowding.
Reservations in advance are not required, but please be aware that seats may not be available even during business hours due to high occupancy or other factors.
What are the operating hours?
Please refer to the "Office Information" page on our website or smartphone app to find the available hours of operation.
At the entrance of a NewWork office, the door did not open when I attempted to hold my NewWork card (employee ID card) or placed the QR code over the reader.

In such cases, please contact the responsible person in your company directly. On the other hand, if the indicator turns green, it means the door is unlocked, and you can proceed to enter.

  • 1. Are you properly showing your smartphone screen with the QR code to the QR code reader?
  • 2. Please maximize the brightness of your smartphone screen and try again.
  • 3. Has your NewWork card or employee ID card been reissued recently?
    If your card has been reissued, you will need to register it again on My Page of our website or the smartphone app.
    If you wish to reuse your previously used email address, you will need to reset your email address.

Can I use Wi-Fi?
Yes, you can. The SSID and password can be found on a floor map or a sign placed at each table.
Can I use my telephone in your satellite shared office?
No. Talking on the phone is prohibited in the NewWork office. Please use a telephone booth.
Can we have a web conference in the telephone booth?
Yes, for short periods of time. However, if your meeting is longer than 15 minutes, please reserve a meeting room before using the meeting room.
How long can I use the telephone booth?
Please limit the use of the booth to 15 minutes.
The number of telephone booths is limited, so please allow other users to use the booth when you finish your call.
Are display monitors available?
Yes, there are fixed display monitors in the seats at our NewWork office. Additionally, some spaces also have movable monitors.
After using them, please return them to their original positions, as there is a limited number of them available.
Do you have any equipment available for rent?
A limited number of mobile phone chargers and other equipment are available in the equipment corner near the entrance of the NewWork offices.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is not permitted in any of our offices.
Am I allowed to eat and drink in the office?
Yes, but please refrain from eating strong smelling food such as curry and ramen.

Is there a place to office valuables?
Yes, we have lockers for valuables available for temporary use at our NewWork offices. However, please note that they are not available for use beyond a single day.
I forgot the locker number to unlock the locker for contractors in the NewWork office.

It depends on the day of the week and the office, but NewWork offices are usually busy in the morning and evening.

Is it okay to leave my luggage unattended when leaving my seat?
It is generally acceptable to briefly leave your seat, for example, to use the restroom. However, if you are taking a longer break, such as for lunch, we kindly ask that you take your baggage with you.

What should I do if something happens inside the room or if a problem arises between users?
In case of any incidents or issues, please locate the red emergency button at our NewWork offices and press it. A security company will promptly respond to the situation.
I am bothered by keystroke noises.
Disposable earplugs are available in the equipment corner at our NewWork offices.
Are vending machines available in the rooms?
Yes, we have vending machines for soft drinks (excluding some offices).

How can I reserve a meeting room or a private work booth?
To make a reservation, please navigate to the "Meeting Rooms/Private Work Booth Reservation" button located on My Page on our website or smartphone app. Kindly ensure you have your login ID (email address) and password handy.
If this is your first time login at My Page, please sign up to create your account.
What is my login ID and password for reserving a meeting room or a private work booth?

* Password: Password set for signing up for My Page for the first time
If you have forgotten your email address, please contact and ask the person in charge of your company to contact the NewWork management office.

How many minutes duration can I reserve a meeting room or a private work booth?
Reservations can be made for 15, 30, 45, 60, 90, or 120 minutes.
If you would like to use the space for more than 120 consecutive minutes, please make a separate reservation.
Can I cancel my reservation? Do I have to pay a cancellation fee?
You can cancel a reservation up to one minute before the scheduled start time by accessing the "Reservations after today" screen on "Reservation List" on My Page.
If you need to change the appointment location or date and time, please cancel the existing appointment and create a new one.
Please be aware that reservations cannot be canceled once the allowable cancellation time has passed, and you will be charged accordingly.
When do I pay for the meeting room or the private work booth?
The payment for the meeting room or the private work booth will be included in your company's monthly usage fee.
Can guests use the meeting rooms?
Guests are allowed to use the meeting rooms only when accompanied by a member. Access to any other spaces, apart from the meeting rooms, is restricted to members only.
Please enter and leave the office together with NewWork members.
Can I make a phone call or join an online meeting in the meeting room or the private work booth?
Yes, but please remember to use earphones.
What equipment is available in the meeting rooms and the private work booth?
Meeting rooms: Display monitors, HDMI cables to connect monitors and computers, whiteboards, and two extra chairs.
Private work booths: Display monitors and HDMI cables (in some pods). These cables will be gradually become available in all booths.
Are meeting rooms or private work booths available at all offices?
Please refer to the "Office Information" page on our website or smartphone app to check the number of rooms available and their availability at each office.
Can I exceed the capacity of a meeting room?
While it is not recommended to exceed the room's capacity, we provide approximately two spare chairs in each meeting room.
I reserved a meeting room (private work booth), but I am unable to locate the specific room (private work booth) I reserved.

What is the tenant ID used to upload computer data to the MFPs?
The tenant ID is 610166068.
When you click "Upload page for printing" on our website, the tenant ID will be automatically entered.
What are the username and password for using the MFPs?
The username and initial password compose your control number. Please find the control number associated with each license described below.

For customers using a NewWork card:

At our NewWork offices, you can utilize black-and-white and color printing, scanners, and other services free of charge.
About partner hotels
How can I reserve a partner hotel?
Please make reservations through the "Partner Hotel Reservation" button located on My Page on our website or smartphone app.
Reservations cannot be made over the phone or through the reception staff at the hotel you plan to use.
What are the check-in and check-out procedures?
Please make a reservation on the "Partner Hotel Reservation" button on My Page on our website or smartphone app. Once you have made a reservation, please proceed to the hotel reception.
  • Check-in: Kindly inform the hotel reception staff that you are a NewWork member, and provide them with your reservation start time and the name of your company. To enter the room, use your NewWork card (employee ID card) or QR code.
  • Check-out: Please use your NewWork card (employee ID card) or QR code to leave the room.
How long can I reserve a partner hotel?
The reservation duration for partenr hotels follows the same time options as our NewWork office meeting rooms. You can reserve rooms for 15, 30, 45, 60, 90, or 120 minutes.

No, the room is designed for single-person use only and cannot accommodate multiple individuals for meetings.
Can I use Wi-Fi?
Yes, you can. The SSID and password for the Wi-Fi connection are provided on the signboard in the guest rooms. If you have any inquiries or need assistance, please feel free to contact the reception.
Can I use the facilities in my room such as beds?
The use of beds and showers is not permitted.
The availability of restrooms and sinks may vary depending on the hotel. Please refer to the "Office Information" page on our website or check the notices provided in your guest room for specific details.

How can I use a partner office?
To access the partner offices, please inform the receptionist that you are a NewWork member and present your NewWork card (employee ID card) or QR code when entering or leaving the office.
Please adhere to the rules and regulations specific to each office. Kindly note that the availability of facilities such as MFPs, appliances, food and beverages, and phone calls may vary among the different offices.
The partner offices have dedicated staff members available. If you have any inquiries or need assistance, please feel free to reach out to the staff at the respective office.
Do you have a fixed number of seats? Can I reserve a seat?
The availability of seats may vary among different offices, but the number of seats allocated for NewWork members is fixed, depending on each office.
Similar to NewWork offices, there is generally no need to make reservations in advance. However, please checking directly with the office before visiting as there may be instances when seats are unavailable even during operating hours due to full capacity or other reasons.

How can I reserve a meeting room?
To reserve a meeting room, please directly contact the office you plan to use. When making the reservation, kindly mention that you are a NewWork member. Please note that for some of partner offices, reservations for meeting rooms (private rooms) must be made through My Page.
To do so, please access the "Meeting Rooms/Private Work Booth Reservation" button on My Page of our website or smartphone app. The process is the same as reserving meeting rooms at NewWork offices.
Can I cancel my reservation? Is there a cancellation fee?
Please contact the office directly where you have made the reservation.
If you have made the reservation through the My Page reservation system, you can cancel your reservation by accessing the "Reservations after today" screen in the My Page "Reservation List. "Please note that cancellations can be made up to one minute before the scheduled start time of the reservation.
If you need to change the appointment location or date and time, please cancel the existing appointment and create a new one.

Please note that reservations cannot be made through the TELECUBE or CocoDesk reservation system.
How can I enter and leave a booth?
Please make a reservation on the "Partner Private Work Booth Reservation" button located on My Page on our website or smartphone app, then come to the booth.
  • * Entering: When the reservation start time is reached, press the "Unlock" button in the "Reservation Details" section of the "Reservation List" on My Page to enter the booth.
  • * Leaving: No procedure is required to leave the booth.
Can I leave and re-enter the booth during my reservation time?
Yes, you are allowed to leave the booth during the reserved time. To re-enter the booth, simply tap the "Unlock" button in the "Reservation Details" section of the "Reservation List" on My Page.
When leaving the booth, please ensure that you bring the terminal you used to enter the booth.
How long can I reserve a partner private work booth?
The reservation duration for booths follows the same time options as our NewWork office. You can reserve booths for 15, 30, 45, 60, 90, or 120 minutes.
If you would like to use the booth for more than 120 consecutive minutes, please make a separate reservation.
How can I extend my reservation?
To extend your reservation, please make an additional reservation through the "Partner Private Work Booth Reservation" button located on My Page on our webiste or smartphone app.
